Du übernimmst im Sustaining & Value Engineering (SVE) Team die Rolle als ER (Engineering Responsible) Manager*in für Apollo M und weitere Produkte. Änderungen am Produkt oder an der Produktdokumentation werden aus technischer Sicht vom ER Manager*in geprüft und freigegeben.

In dieser Funktion bist Du hauptverantwortlich, die Qualität der Produkte sowie die entsprechende Dokumentation im Rahmen unseres QMS bei Produktänderungen sicherzustellen.

Des Weiteren bist Du verantwortlich kritische Änderungsprojekte für die in Deinem Zuständigkeitsbereich fallenden Produkte zu managen und cross-funktional zu steuern. Dabei muss sichergestellt sein, dass die Änderung im vorgegebenen Zeitplan und Kostenrahmen umgesetzt werden.

Du bist verantwortlich für

Die Sicherstellung, dass die Änderungen keine negativen Auswirkungen auf die Qualität des Produkts haben

Die Kontrolle, dass alle notwendigen Dokumente nach Vorgaben unseres QMS (Qualitätsmanagementsystem) erstellt wurden, die Traceability im Rahmen der Änderungen sichergestellt ist und das Produkt alle erforderlichen Standards einhält

Technische*r Ansprechpartner*in in internen und externen Audits für die jeweiligen Produktfamilien

Technische*r Ansprechpartner*in für regulatorische Aktivitäten wie zum Beispiel EU MDR oder China Registrations

Technische*r Ansprechpartner*in für Product Support Engineering und Produktion im Hinblick auf Qualitätsprobleme und Field Complaints, sowie technische*r Experte*in für daraus resultierende CAPA und/oder Improvement Aktivitäten

Du bist Teil

des Sustaining & Value Engineering Teams, welches sich um die Pflege und Instandhaltung unseres aktiven Produkt Portfolios kümmert. Das Aufgabenspektrum reicht von Designänderungen aufgrund Materialabkündigungen, Qualitätsverbesserungen, Kosteneinsparungen bis hin zur Sicherstellung, dass neuste Standards & Normen eingehalten werden.

Der Bereich Sustaining & Value Engineering ist interdisziplinär und interkulturell aufgestellt, mit Standorten über 4 Länder verteilt. Aufgrund des großen Spektrums an Produkten und Aufgabenbereichen, hast Du die Möglichkeit viele neue Einblicke zu gewinnen und Dich im Rahmen vieler kleinerer Projekte auf verschiedenen Gebieten weiterzubilden. Hierbei bist Du nicht auf Dich allein gestellt, sondern kannst auf das Wissen und Coaching von erfahrenen Kollegen*innen zurückgreifen. Durch unsere internationale Ausrichtung des Teams, arbeitest Du auch mit Kollegen*innen über Ländergrenzen hinweg an Projekten.

Mit einer hohen Kundenorientierung und folgenden Kenntnissen und Erfahrungen bist du in dieser Position erfolgreich

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurswissenschaften (FH, DH, Uni) oder ähnliche Qualifikation

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit Produkten aus der Medizintechnik

Sehr gutes Verständnis im Umgang mit QMS Entwicklungs- und Änderungsprozessen (Design Verification, Design Changes, Risk Management, …)

Gutes Verständnis externer Standards, allen voraus IEC 60601-1

Ein sehr ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und verstehen welche Auswirkungen mangelnde Qualität von Produkt und Dokumentation haben kann

Eine hohe Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation

Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von kleineren Projekten in cross-funktionalen Teams von Vorteil

Sehr gute Deutsch- & gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
