About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our agile SCADA team at ENISCO by Forcam. As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our globally used MES product, E-MES.

The focus of our new and ongoing developments lies on machine connectivity, connecting machines from the shop floor to higher automation systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the product management team to define the scope of development projects
  • Assess the feasibility of new features and develop alternative solutions in close collaboration with the development team
  • Translate business requirements into roadmaps, epics, and user stories
  • Own and prioritize the backlog
  • Organize and facilitate story readings and sprints
  • Partner with the development team to design user interface components
  • Ensure adherence to cost, quality, and time constraints
Requirements
  • Completed degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or business administration
  • Several years of experience as a Product Owner or in agile project management, particularly in requirements gathering, analysis, and specification
  • Familiarity with classical and agile project management methodologies, as well as tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Knowledge of the MES industry or other industrial software is desirable
  • Strong team orientation, excellent communication skills, and a confident demeanor
  • Organizational skills and a willingness to learn
  • Excellent German and good English language skills
