We are looking for an independent and result-oriented Control Manager to sit within the Finance team in Bremen, focusing on Financial Reporting, Financial Compliance, and Internal Controls.
The objective of the role is to deliver timely and accurate financial reporting, making sure financial policies are followed.
This role will offer you a breadth of experience, knowledge, and growth opportunities.
The role:
Ensuring financial reporting is performed in accordance with IFRS and the Company’s Policies Driving continuous improvement & digitalization initiatives across the finance Acting as a gatekeeper of the company policies and financial compliance Analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting Packages Leading and development a team of experts Ensuring statutory accounts are accurate and prepared on time Coordinating statutory and group reporting audits Organising monthly financial closing and adherence to the financial reporting Monitoring and developing Internal control frameworkWho we’re looking for:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commercial or Financial studies 5+ years’ experience in financial reporting / audit / controlling Strong technical IFRS knowledge Strong experience in month-close and functional reporting Excellent Microsoft Office skills ACCA / ACA / CIMA qualifications are a plus Experience in working in an ERP (SAP) environment is a plus Experience with change management in Finance is a plus Power BI and SQL skills are a plusNext to a Competitive base salary, we put our people first by providing extra benefits:
