Job Opportunity: Project & Contract Manager


Are you ready to take on an exhilarating role in supporting space projects? My client is seeking a dynamic Project & Contract Manager to join their team. From inception to completion, their projects are guided by a dedicated department, and they want you to be a part of it.


Project & Contract Manager Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all financial and contractual matters, both domestically and internationally, throughout project lifecycle.
  • Provide active support to project management, ensuring projects remain economically viable while safeguarding the company's interests.
  • Utilize existing tools to evaluate project planning, actively steering project outcomes.
  • Take charge of all commercial aspects including offer preparation, contract drafting, and negotiation.
  • Offer significant support and commercial expertise in managing potential contract changes, such as claims.
  • Contribute your insights and experiences to internal projects, fostering innovation and growth.
  • Proposal Management and price calculations
  • Review and Draft Public & Governmental Contracts such as The European Space Agency


Project & Contract Manager Your Qualifications:

  • Hold a completed (technical) university degree in business administration/industrial engineering or similar field.
  • Possess professional experience in commercial project controlling and/or contract management.
  • Demonstrate a goal-oriented and independent work ethic, coupled with strong organizational skills.
  • Exhibit commitment, resilience, assertiveness, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with ERP systems like SAP R3 is advantageous.
  • Have excellent spoken and written English and German language skills.
