The position is full-time or part-time and is initially limited to 18 months.Job descriptionTasks
Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS, HGB and tax law guidelines, including detailed balance sheet and income statement commentaryProfessional contact person for German and international auditors and tax authoritiesPreparation and support for tax audits to ensure complianceManagement and commercial support for international branches, including tax law processingCentral contact person for internal commercial and controlling enquiriesIndependent responsibility for specific accounting issues in accordance with IFRS, HGB and international tax lawPreparation of transfer pricing documentation and solutions for transfer pricing issuesResponsible for advance VAT returns and complex tax law clarifications in cooperation with international tax centresContinuous improvement of the internal control system and optimisation of financial processes to increase efficiencyRequirementsSuccessfully completed studies in the field of economics with a focus on finance and controllingAlternatively, a completed commercial apprenticeship supplemented by further training in financeExperience in managing and supporting international subsidiaries or operating sitesSound business knowledge and a strong understanding of financial processesComprehensive expertise in SAP-FI/CO and excellent MS Office skillsFluency in written and spoken EnglishValid work permit for the European UnionServicesOptimum work-life balance – balance through flexible working time models Earnings with attractive additional benefits – fair payment according to the Equal Pay model as well as annual special payments and bonuses and allowances above the standard pay scale Relaxation with a generous holiday offer – 30 days vacation and extra days off for special occasions Global further training opportunities – development of career prospects with international, Group-wide further training and development opportunities Social security – company pension scheme with generous employer contribution First-class catering – with on-site facilities such as a canteen and cafeteria Flexible mobility – employee car park and travel allowance-
