Your Role at a Glance

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a critical link in our supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring accurate order management and timely deliveries. You’ll coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and logistics partners to meet customer needs efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire order lifecycle, from confirmation to delivery and invoicing.
  • Coordinate closely with logistics providers and ensure smooth shipment processes.
  • Maintain stock disposition and provide warehouse instructions to meet customer requirements.
  • Monitor and update the ERP system to ensure accuracy in orders, shipments, and inventory.
  • Collaborate with procurement and demand planning teams to maintain material and packaging stock levels.
  • Oversee the inbound process, including supplier shipments and warehouse entries.

What We’re Looking For

We seek a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and has:

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service roles.
  • Proficiency in logistics tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, SAGE, TMS tools).
  • Strong command of English; German fluency is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and comfort with technology.

Requirements
