SAP MM Senior Incidents Manager

Energize Group, a global retail organization in Dusseldorf, is seeking an experienced Incident and Problem Manager or Senior IT Support Consultant to join their growing Supply Chain and Logistics department.

**Role Responsibilities:**

  • Analyze and resolve complex issues related to SAP MM logistics and purchasing processes, providing both second and third-level support.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot SAP system events impacting global supply chain operations.
  • Drive continuous improvements to enhance the support of business processes.
  • Build and transfer knowledge effectively between project and support organization teams.
  • Collaborate closely with global project teams and system integrators on requirements analysis, testing, and related tasks.
  • Update and maintain SAP MM functional documentation to ensure accuracy and usability.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP MM logistics and purchasing processes.
  • Proven experience in configuring business processes, with a strong focus on SAP MM.
  • Initial experience in providing support (2nd and 3rd level) within an SAP environment; experience with SAP Retail is preferred.
  • S/4Hana experience required.
