Mitarbeiter Business Development Support (m/w/d)

Sie betreuen unsere internationalen Niederlassungen und KAESER-Partner auch vor Ort bei der Entwicklung und beim Ausbau des Servicegeschäftes Nationale und internationale KAESER-Niederlassungen beim Aufbau von Serviceorganisationen unterstützen und die Umsetzung begleiten Internationale KAESER-Niederlassungen und Händler im Bereich Service-Business-Support unterstützen Service-Process-Monitoring durchführen und Niederlassungen dabei unterstützen Serviceprozesse und Organisationsstruktren optimieren Servicekennzahlen definieren, analysieren und Berichte erstellenDas wünschen wir uns von Ihnen:
abgeschlossenes Studium Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbarer Abschluss (z.B. Technischer Betriebswirt (m/w/d) mit Berufserfahrung); praktische Erfahrung im technischen Bereich von Vorteil Erfahrungen im Vertrieb und Service und den dazugehörigen kaufmännischen Prozessen von Vorteil verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch weitere Fremdsprache Französisch erwünscht überzeugende Persönlichkeit, kommunikativ, belastbar und konfliktfähig hohe Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft sehr hohe Teamfähigkeit und sehr gutes Networking mit ausgeprägter interkultureller Kompetenz analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise-
