Product Manager Digital In-Car Services

As a Product Owner, you'll be at the forefront of Hyundai's European In Car Payment strategy, collaborating cross-functionally to define, develop, and execute innovative payment solutions. By coordinating the end-to-end project lifecycle, integrating third-party platforms, and staying updated on emerging technologies and industry regulations, you'll ensure the successful implementation of secure and seamless in-car payment systems.
Your role's impact will extend to fostering relationships with key stakeholders, delivering insights to senior management, and continuously enhancing the customer experience within Hyundai vehicles.
- Develop and execute the overall strategy and roadmap for In Car Payment for Hyundai in Europe
- Aligning it with the company's objectives and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for in-car payment initiatives
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Conduct research and analysis on payment systems, industry trends, and customer preferences to inform the development of innovative in-car payment solutions
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to define requirements and drive the development of in-car payment features and functionalities
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to integrate third-party payment platforms, ensuring seamless and secure transactions within vehicles
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful program execution
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, automotive manufacturers, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies
- Define and evaluate KPIs and identify opportunities for enhancement
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry regulations, and best practices related to in-car payments, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management, highlighting program status, key milestones, and any challenges or opportunities.

You would also need to have:
- Master degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) in program management, preferably in the automotive, financial technology, or payment industries.
- Strong understanding of payment systems, mobile payment technologies, and digital wallets
- Solid project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives from inception to successful completion
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the payment industry
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
