DIESE AUFGABEN ERWARTEN SIE
Als Coordinator (m/w/d) Process and Administration betreuen Sie als professioneller Partner die HR Business Partner. Sie koordinieren und betreuen das Bewerbermanagmentsystem für die Fachbereiche der Business Partner und übernehmen die administrative Betreuung des Einstellungsprozesses bis hin zum Onboarding. Sie verantworten den reibungslosen Ablauf der Terminkoordinationen und sind die erste Kontaktperson für Bewerber*innen. Die Erstellung von HR-Dokumenten wie Arbeitsverträge, Zeugnisse und Bescheinigungen liegt ebenso in Ihren Händen wie die Abwicklung administrativer Prozesse. Sie betreuen in Eigenverantwortung kleinere Projekte und übernehmen die Erstellung von Präsentationen und Statistiken zu HR-Themen. Sie prüfen kontinuierlich die HR-Service-Prozesse und erarbeiten Vorschläge zur Effizienzsteigerung. Die zu verantwortenden Services entwickeln Sie kontinuierlich weiter und unterstützen das HR-Prozessmanagment.DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT
Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung. Sie haben mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Personalarbeit sammeln können und sind erfahren in der Projektumsetzung und Prozessoptimierung. Sie sind eine kommunikationsstarke und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit und verfügen über eine prozessorientiere Denkweise. Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, hohe Eigeninitiative und Belastbarkeit, Teamorientierung – all das ist für Sie selbstverständlich. Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, Erfahrung mit einem e-Recruitingsystem (SAP SuccessFactors) und gute Kennnisse in SAP/R3 HCM gehören zu Ihrem Portfolio.
