Join Our Team as an IT Management Specialist

Continu-ING GmbH is seeking a motivated individual to enhance our internal technical support and customer service team. We are a digital consulting firm serving clients throughout Germany, primarily providing support from our office.

No prior IT experience? No problem

We welcome career changers and individuals without specialized knowledge, as long as you are comfortable communicating with others, including through video calls. The ideal candidate will possess an open, friendly personality and a strong service-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical assistance to both internal staff and external clients.
  • Manage customer access to our training portal, including onboarding processes.
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges using platforms such as Zoom and various messaging applications.
  • Conduct technical checks for digital events.
  • Enhance internal processes and tools, utilizing software like Zapier, PowerAutomate, and Microsoft 365.
  • Document and design digital business workflows.
  • Plan and implement new software solutions.
  • Develop automations to streamline daily tasks.
  • Collaborate with external developers on the custom training portal.
  • Assist in organizing and planning events, focusing on technical support and digital equipment.

Work Environment:

Full-time position with a 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday.
