Zur Verstärkung unseres Mobility Sales Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen  Marketing and Communications Expert (m/w/d) .

IHRE AUFGABEN

Entwicklung der Markenidentität und der Marketingstrategie für elektronische Produkte für Fahrräder und E-Bikes, gemeinsam mit dem Produktmanagement Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Koordination von produktbezogenen Marketinginitiativen und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen im Bereich B2C und B2B in Deutschland und Europa Organisation und Betreuung von Fachmessen, wie z.B. der EUROBIKE und weiterer Fahrrad- und E-Bike-Veranstaltungen Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Online- und Offline-Marketingmaßnahmen Ausbau und Pflege der Social-Media-Kanäle und Produkt-Webseiten sowie Koordination von Cross-Promotion Partnern, Bloggern, Presse, usw. Auswahl und Koordination externer Dienstleister, Agenturen und Messeveranstalter Analyse von Kampagnen-Daten und Erstellung von handlungsweisenden Reports

IHR PROFIL

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, Medien- oder Kommunikationswissenschaft  Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marketing bzw. Kommunikation in der Freizeit-, Sport- oder Fahrradindustrie Textsicherheit und Kommunikationsstärke in deutscher sowie englischer Sprache in Wort und Schrift Gutes technisches Verständnis und hohe Affinität zu technischen Produkten Souveräne und positive Ausstrahlung, überzeugende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten Hohe Motivation, proaktive und lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise Sichere Anwendung gängiger Softwaretools (u.a. Microsoft 365) Hohe Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft
