**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Be responsible for HR Planning & Reporting topics within DTFS on a global level
- Create regular standard reports and detailed analyses of HR-related data, e.g. number of employees, absences, departures and age structures
- Support the digitization of Planning & Reporting processes
- Be responsible for the HR budget, monthly accruals, invoicing and year-end closing process
- Plan and steer the personal costs for the HR cost center
- Steer the yearly Service Agreement Process
- Work together with Controlling and Accounting on various Planning & Reporting as well as budget topics
- Collaborate with different HR colleagues on multiple HR topics and projects
