Head of Production (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgabe- Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle des täglichen Produktionsablaufs unter Einhaltung der Qualitätsvorgaben
- Sicherstellung der Erreichung der Unternehmenskennzahlen
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung im Verantwortungsbereich
- Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Geschäftsprozesse
- Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit im Werk und werksübergreifend
- Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der strategischen Vorgaben (Vision, Mission, Ziele) in Zusammenarbeit mit der Werkleitung und der Arbeitnehmervertretung
- Verantwortung für Planung und Einhaltung von Kosten, Budget und Ressourcen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung regulatorischer Vorgaben
