As Team Lead Delivery Management Automation Consulting (m/f/d) (f/m/d) you are responsible for the successful implementation and maintenance of process automation solutions by leading a team of product managers. 

What you are responsible for

Lead and inspire a team of Product Managers with your vision for transformation and digitalization within the energy industry

Coach and develop a team capable of responding to changing business needs and priorities, drive continuous improvement in performance and quality according to individual’s level of competence

Deliver key performance objectives and ensure a high-performance culture across full product life cycle via effective resource planning and scheduling, as well as on-time, on-budget, within-scope and high-quality project execution

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product success

Contribute hands-on in engagements and develop transformative and innovative automation products with your deep experience in process automation and product/project management 

Build and strengthen key stakeholder relationships, serve as the primary point of contact for business and technology partners from different E.ON Business Units, inspire them and identify impactful opportunities for IT process automation

Develop strategies to increase impact of Process Automation and foster efficiency within the different product teams

Take ownership of the P&L and the utilization of your team

Contribute towards employer branding by enabling your team e.g. speaking at conferences, writing articles and being active on social media

What you are good at 

3+ years of professional experience in a leadership role within a software development department within an IT organization

Significant hands-on work experience in product management for Process Automation solutions/projects

Respective knowledge of the energy industry 

Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline or significant hands-on work experience in leading teams of IT Product Managers

Clear vision how to unleash the potential of process automation to accelerate business transformation and growth

Inspire others with your attitude and your passion for process automation and green energy

Excellent communication and mediation skills, strong ability to pitch, sell and deliver innovative process automation solutions

Significant knowledge about DevOps and agile frameworks especially in Scrum 

Strong can-do attitude, a solution-oriented mindset and willingness to innovate

Experience in hybrid leadership with distributed teams and intercultural work environments

Fluent in German and English
