**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Als Service Project Leader m/w/d sind Sie technischer Berater unserer Kunden für alle Serviceprodukte wie digitale Services, Wartung-& Instandhaltung, Supportverträge, Retrofit sowie Maschinen und Prozessoptimierungen.
- Im Detail:Erkennen und entwickeln Sie weitere Verkaufschancen.-
- Akquise, Kalkulation, Angebotserstellung und aktiver Vertrieb von Serviceprojekten sind für Sie keine unbekannten Aktivitäten-
- Proaktive und vorausschauende Koordination, Betreuung und Leitung von Serviceprojekten, sowie Termin
- und Kapazitätsplanungen führen Sie gerne aus-
- Bearbeitung und Pflege von Angebots
- und Projektdaten in unseren CRM / ERP System sind Bestandteil Ihrer Tätigkeiten
- Weiterhin gehören dazu:Kommunikation und Schnittstelle zu Kunden, internen Fachabteilungen sowie Lieferanten-
- Regelmäßiges Reporting an die Team
- und Abteilungsleitung-
- Proaktiver Ausbau und Pflege der Kundenbeziehungen-
- Repräsentative Tätigkeiten des Unternehmens beim Kunden, Messen und Inhouse-Veranstaltungen-
- Einhaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse, sowie Mitarbeit beim Qualitätsmanagement-
- Der Customer Support der HAHN Automation steht für umfangreichen Full-Service und individuelle Betreuung.**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Ingenieur-/Technikerausbildung Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung; alternativ auch langjährige praktische Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
- Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement wünschenswert, idealerweise im Sondermaschinenbau
- Analytisches Denken, gute Rhetorik und Präsentationstechnik sowie sehr gutes Organisationstalent
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie gutes kaufmännisches Verständnis
- Belastbarkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Berater mit Vertriebsaffinität
- Freundliches und verbindliches Auftreten, sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Kontaktfreude
- Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Teamplayer
- Internationale Reisefähigkeit und Reisebereitschaft
- Guter Umgang mit allen gängigen Office-Programmen
- CAD-Grundkenntnisse sind von Vorteil (SolidWorks, AutoCAD etc.)
- Gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift, andere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
- Führerschein Klasse B
