We are looking for support for our performance management in the SAP intralogistics environment as part of an internship starting in the summer semester 4. We work in the area of conflict between global rollout projects and further development of the SAP solution in the product. In the highly dynamic project landscape, rolling capacity planning is a key element for performance. We provide basic capacity planning data on the availability of resources during an iteration for regular PI planning, a central component of the Safe 6.0 framework. This offers a unique opportunity to gain a comprehensive insight into capacity planning and coordination as well as the PI Planning process in the SAFe 6.0 context as part of the internship.

Our team consists of seven project managers and two students. We manage various projects for the rollout of our SAP logistics template and support international plants in the start-up of new products. Our closest stakeholders include agile product teams, operational logistics and production employees from the plants, process planners, method areas and middle management. The SAP logistics template supports all processes from parts ordering to supply and consumption in the press shop, body shop, battery and vehicle assembly. We work in a hybrid working model with 1-3 days/week in the office in Böblingen, Planquadrat.

Collaboration in the implementation of rolling capacity planning for resource planning & transparency within the IT department for Automotive Supply Support for the organization and moderation of coordination sessions to coordinate capacity requirements and availabilities Update, synchronization and evaluation of the coordinated plan values in MSProject, Excel and the Mural Board Collaboration in a dynamic and international team Contributing to the further development and standardization of project management methodsWe offer you an exciting and varied internship in a highly motivated team. You can expect varied and responsible tasks, which you will work on together with the project team. Your activities will give you exciting insights into the processes of large IT projects. During your internship, you will acquire extensive knowledge of the processes and dependencies involved in capacity planning for automotive supply intralogistics. In addition, the company offers insights into the processes of an automotive group for premium vehicles in the form of information days, plant tours and other offers.
Qualifikationen Degree in business administration, business informatics, logistics or a comparable course of study Good organizational skills and strong communication skills Basic knowledge of agile SAFe 6.0 framework is an advantage but not a prerequisite Affinity for MS Project and understanding of its functions High motivation and willingness to familiarize yourself with a complex topic Ability to work in a team and friendliness, even in stressful situations Interest in capacity management and its importance for successful project implementationAdditional information:
