Internship in Product Integration Compact Cars from October 2024

At the ES/A Start-up Factory and Product Integration Center, we connect start-up and series production worldwide: preventively, professionally and in partnership. Through the digital and physical construction of pre-series vehicles and professional ramp-up management, we ensure series production capability for the product and process with our partners.
In the Lead Engineering Compact Cars & SUV (ES/APC) department at the Rastatt site, our core task is to secure the current series products MFA2 and the future compact car generation MMA for assembly and series production.
These are some of the challenges you will face:
Getting to know the assembly process from the body shell to the finished customer vehicle Accompanying the vehicle assembly of pre-series models Supporting the product integration assembly project management Supporting product start-up engineers with analyses, documentation of results and implementation of technical product changes Support with cross-departmental activities such as workshops, cost controlling, process optimization Independent processing of projects Preparing, evaluating and analyzing key figures (quality, program, costs) and deriving fields of action Implementing and controlling measures Establishing a network with the other assembly areas (national / international) QualifikationenYou should have these qualifications and skills:
Degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study Confident written and spoken German and English skills Confident handling of MS Office Commitment and ability to work in a team Analytical mindset and strategic way of working Desire for game changing, shaping transformation & exploring new frontiersAdditional information:
