Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

As an intern, you will:

  • Gain insights into the assembly process from initial body shell to the completed vehicle.
  • Participate in the assembly of pre-series models, contributing to the transition from development to production.
  • Assist in managing product integration projects, ensuring alignment with production standards.
  • Support product start-up engineers through detailed analyses and documentation of technical modifications.
  • Engage in cross-departmental initiatives, including workshops and process optimization efforts.
  • Independently manage specific projects, driving them to successful completion.
  • Prepare and analyze key performance indicators related to quality, cost, and program timelines.
  • Implement and monitor corrective actions as necessary.
  • Establish a collaborative network with various assembly departments, both nationally and internationally.
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficient communication skills in both German and English.
  • Strong capabilities in MS Office applications.
  • A commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • An analytical mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
