Team Lead Customer Care (w/m/x/d)

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von 15-20 Customer Care Superheroes
  • Du siehst deine Rolle als Support-Position, um den Agents das bestmögliche Arbeitsumfeld zu schaffen, Prozesse ggf. auch abteilungsübergreifend zu optimieren und die Gesamtabteilung voranzubringen
  • Du verstehst Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Teams als oberste Priorität und du sorgst für den optimalen Einsatz der Personalressourcen
  • Du verantwortest das aktive Teammanagement zur stetigen Entwicklung der Performance deines Teams
  • Du führst regelmäßige Feedback- und Perfomance-Gespräche mit den Agents und bietest unterstützende Tätigkeiten im Rahmen von Trainings & Coachings
  • Du hältst mit positiver Stimmung und viel Spaß bei der Arbeit den Fun Factor in unserem Customer Care Team konstant
Deine Stärken
  • Du bringst einschlägige Erfahrungen in Führungspositionen im Customer Service, Customer Care oder Customer Success mit - vorzugsweise in der Mobilitätsbranche
  • Du verfolgst eine ausgeprägte Hands-on Mentalität und genießt ein dynamisches Arbeitsumfeld
  • Du hast sehr gute Kommunikations- und Schreibfähigkeiten in Deutsch & Englisch (C2)
  • Du verfügst über eine analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Du besitzt ein sicheres Auftreten sowie eine authentische Präsentationsstärke
  • Du verstehst einen werteorientierten Führungsstil, Flexibilität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative sowie Organisationskompetenz als selbstverständlich
