Kess Berlin ist eine erfolgreiche D2C Beauty Brand mit vielen zufriedenen und regelmäßig wiederkehrenden Kund*innen. Unser Ziel ist es, die Bedürfnisse unserer vornehmlich weiblichen Zielgruppe mit qualitativ hochwertigen, unkomplizierten Beautyprodukten bestmöglich zu bedienen. Das gelingt uns dank unseres tollen, internationalen Teams und flachen Hierarchien, in denen jede/r Mitarbeiter*in die Möglichkeit hat, eigene Ideen zu entwickeln, sie umzusetzen, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, sich zu entfalten und aktiv am Aufbau des jungen Unternehmens mitzuwirken. Du bist erfahren im Kundenservice und suchst ein neues, freundliches Arbeitsumfeld, in dem du dich weiterentwickeln kannst? Du bist lösungsorientiert, wortgewandt und Kundenzufriedenheit liegt dir am Herzen? Dann bewirb dich und werde Teil unserer Customer Care Abteilung bei Kess
Du kümmerst dich um folgendes:
- Betreuung unserer Kund*innen bei allen Anfragen zu Produkten und Bestellungen via E-Mail, Chat und Social Media
- Eigenständige und individuelle Lösungsfindung im Sinne der Kundenzufriedenheit unserer Community
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Produkt, Versand und CRM, um optimale Lösungen zu finden
- Beantwortung von Bewertungen unserer Kund*innen
- Durch das Feedback unserer Kund*innen und auch deine Beobachtungen trägst du zur Optimierung unserer Services bei
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Kundenservice in der E-Commerce Branche und idealerweise eine Leidenschaft für Kosmetik und Lifestyle Produkte
- Du denkst aus Kundenperspektive und hast ein gutes Gespür für die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten der Problembewältigung
- Du bist entscheidungsfreudig, arbeitest gerne eigenverantwortlich und hast Interesse, aktiv unsere Service-Prozesse mitzugestalten
- Du arbeitest aber auch gerne im Team, bist gut organisiert und verantwortungsbewusst
- Du hast gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
