Areas of responsibilities:
Efficiently manage and drive the success of multiple projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope Create detailed project plans encompassing scope, objectives, resources, timelines, and risk management strategies to guide project execution Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and supply chain teams to align efforts and achieve project milestones Regularly update stakeholders and senior management on project status, risks, and issues, ensuring transparency and timely resolution Maintain strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards across all project activities Lead project meetings, including kick-offs, progress updates, and post-project reviews, to ensure alignment and address any concerns Proactively recognize potential risks and obstacles, implementing strategies to mitigate their impact on the project Encourage a collaborative and innovative culture, promoting continuous improvement within the team Manage project budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance project management processes and outcomesYour profile of qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field At least 5 years of proven experience in project management, preferably within the juvenile products or a related industry Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment successfully Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a talent for motivating and inspiring cross-functional teams Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to navigate challenges effectively Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana) PMP or equivalent certification is an added advantage High level of resilience and adaptability to manage changing priorities and tight deadlines Fluent in English, German skills would be beneficial-
