  • Proactively recognize opportunities for improvement, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the juvenile products industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a talent for motivating and inspiring cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to navigate challenges effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
  • PMP or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
  • High level of resilience and adaptability to manage changing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English, German skills would be beneficial.
