  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung, wenn es um die Betreuung von (Key Account) Kunden und die regelmäßige Überprüfung des Kundenerfolgs geht.
  • In deiner Position kümmerst du dich um die Sicherstellung und Verbesserung der Kundenzufriedenheit und der gesamten Customer Journey.
  • Du verstehst dich als Problemlöser:in, so dass du nicht nur Kundenbedürfnisse verstehst und analysierst, sondern gleichzeitig bei der Entwicklung von Lösungen mitwirkst.
  • Indem du dich mit anderen Schnittstellen im Unternehmen abstimmst, sorgst du dafür, dass der größte Nutzen aus einem Produkt oder einer Serviceleistung gezogen wird.
  • Außerdem übernimmst du Verantwortung, wenn es um die Abwicklung von komplexen Projekten und die Übernahme von Aufgaben im Bereich des Servicemanagements geht.

 


 

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische bzw. informationstechnische Berufsausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Betriebswirtschaftslehre bzw. Informationstechnik
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und den MS-Office Programmen
  • Du arbeitest serviceorientiert und bringst neben einem ausgeprägten Gespür für IT-Trends die Fähigkeit mit, diese überzeugend den Kunden zu präsentieren und so Kundenprobleme effizient zu lösen.
  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb bzw. Key Account Management, gerne in der IT-Branche
  • Persönlich gefallen uns besonders deine Fähigkeit Kundenbedürfnisse zu erkennen und zu verstehen sowie deine proaktive und lösungsorientierte Denkweise.
