KNIME is growing rapidly and we’re seeking smart, motivated, and creative people up for the challenge of helping us achieve ambitious scaling goals while continuing to empower the active community. Right now, we are looking for an Revenue Operations Application (CRM) Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team at KNIME in Berlin.*

Who you are

You have a knack for combining process, technology, and transforming business requirements into (internal) customer satisfaction and operational excellence. 
You enjoy tackling (mostly technical) challenges in our Rev Ops Tech Stack (largely Salesforce but also other applications and integrations such as Clari, Salesloft, HubSpot) and constantly thrive for improvements, increased efficiency and simplification. 
You are good in administration and systems configuration, enhancement, and automation (such as creating and managing complex workflow rules, custom objects, reports, user permissions and data validation etc.) while never leaving the business requirements and big(ger) picture out of sight. 
Leading and managing companywide CRM projects is nothing new to you. 
As a natural problem solver and analytical mind, you enjoy supporting daily troubleshooting, bug fixing, user adoption, training, enablement, and documentation. 
To succeed in this role, 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience (SOQL knowledge is a must, Salesforce admin certification and API knowledge is a plus) is needed. 
You possess strong conceptional and project management skills combined with a thinking outside the box mindset and most importantly a strong desire and focus to “keep things simple”. 

Above all, you want to develop yourself while growing with us and work with smart, dedicated, and fun people. Fluency in English is a must.

As an Application Operations Specialist, you will manage, support and enhance our system’s functionality, work closely with various stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges and implement solutions. Your role at KNIME is vital in maintaining system integrity, enhancing user experience, and ensuring the delivery of key insights and projects to drive business decisions and growth.
