Super Aufgaben:
Technische Überwachung unseres Funkfernablesesystems (Schwerpunkt: Energiesparsystem adapterm) Fehleranalyse und Planung von Maßnahmen zur Störungsbehebung; Ableiten von Verbesserungen, um Fehler zukünftig zu minimieren Dokumentation von Maßnahmen im Überwachungssystem Fachliche Unterstützung der Kundendienst- und Systemtechniker, sowie unserer Montagepartner Unterstützung der internationalen TSS Koordinatoren Technische Hotline (national und international) in Kernarbeitszeit Erstellen von Tickets und Reparaturaufträgen Vorbereitung und Durchführung technischer Schulungen / Workshops für unsere Systeme Energetische Betrachtungen und BestandsanalysenSuper Voraussetzungen:
Technische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Heizungsbauer oder Versorgungstechniker mit Elektronikkenntnissen Verständnis für komplexe Systemzusammenhänge, systemübergreifende Denkweise IT/Technik-Affinität Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Dienstleistungsgedanke Zielorientierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise, organisatorisches Geschick Teamplayer Mehrjährige, erfolgreiche Berufserfahrung Sorgfältigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, Neugier Gute Englischkenntnisse Gute Microsoft Office KenntnisseSuper atmosphere:
