Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen **Technical Specialist (m/w/d) Network Operation Center** zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in **Eschborn**.

Deine Aufgaben:

- Verantwortung im 1st Level für proaktives Service-Monitoring von Leitungssystemen und digitalen, rundfunktechnischen Einrichtungen
- Überwachung geschäftskritischer IT- Netze sowie Entgegennahme, Analyse und Klassifizierung von Störungen
- Eigenverantwortliche, analytische und schnelle Störungsbearbeitung, ggfs. unter Einbindung weiterer Mitarbeiter im NOC, dem 2nd-Level sowie Vordienstleistern
- Erkennen von kritischen Situationen, Steuerung und Sicherstellung des gesamten Störungsprozesses im Sinne eines Incident-Managements
- Überführung von Workarounds und Ersatzlösungen zur Wiederherstellung unserer Kundenservices ins Problem-Management
- Unterstützung des Leiters NOC sowie weiterer Führungskräfte

Dein Profil:

- Abgeschlossene, technische Berufsausbildung in Verbindung mit einer mehrjährigen Berufserfahrung im IT-Tätigkeitsfeld
- Bereitschaft zum Schicht
- und Wochenenddienst (24/7)
- Erfahrung in der Fehleranalyse von Störungen in komplexen IT- Netzen wünschenswert
- Gute Kenntnisse der ITIL- Betriebsprozesse
- Hohe Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung
- Hohe Belastbarkeit, Kommunikationsgeschick, Teamgeist und Konfliktfähigkeit
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
