Ab sofort suchen wir für unsere Produktionsstätte in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm eine/n

Working Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Einkauf/Beschaffung

Zur Position:

Als Teil der Beschaffungsorganisation ist es unser Ziel, zu gewährleisten, dass DSE und ihre Gesellschaften das bestmögliche Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für die benötigten Produkte und Dienstleistungen erhalten. Wir erreichen dies, indem wir als vertrauenswürdiger Geschäftspartner für unsere internen und externen Kunden agieren und das Gleichgewicht zwischen Kosten, Qualität und Zeit sicherstellen.

Als Teil des Einkauf Teams unterstützt Du 16-20h/Woche den Bereich der Beschaffung und des Bestellprozesses von direkten Materialien, welche die Grundlage für die Produktion in unserer Fabrik in Pfaffenhofen bilden. Zusätzlich unterstützt du bei nationalen und internationalen Projekten bei der Erfassung und Verarbeitung von Daten. 

Angaben zur Tätigkeit:

Unterstützung des Teams beim Beschaffungs- und Bestellprozess (operativ und strategisch) sowie bei abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten

Unterstützung bei der täglichen Erstellung von Bestellungen 

Pflege von Lieferdaten in SAP

Monitoring von Bestell- und Lieferabläufen

Erfassung und Verarbeitung von Daten zur Erstellung von Strategien

Analyse von Daten und Monitoring von KPIs

Eigenverantwortliches Management von Datenbanken

Fachliche und persönliche Anforderungen:

Immatrikulierter Student (m/w/d) an einer Hochschule oder Universität, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Logistik oder einem verwandten Studiengang

Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Einkauf oder Logistik von Vorteil, jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich

Gute Kenntnisse in den MS-Office-Anwendungen (insbesondere Excel) sowie Erfahrungen mit SAP (MM wünschenswert)

Interesse an Einkaufs- und Beschaffungsthemen sowie an unternehmerischen Abläufen

Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Ausgeprägte Umsetzungsstärke und die Fähigkeit, auch bei knappen Fristen Ergebnisse zu erzielen

Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamgeist, Initiative

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
