Ihre Aufgaben
Sie sind verantwortlich für die Koordination und Umsetzung allgemeiner Aufgaben im Project Management Office (PMO) inklusive Administration von PMO-Tools (z.B. SharePoint-Seiten) Projektportfolio betreuen, PMO-Aufgaben durchführen (z.B. Berichte erstellen, Projekt-Reapproval-Prozess begleiten) Globale PM-Prozesse lokal umsetzen und mit lokalen PM-Einheiten abstimmen; BU Pharma PM Standards und Prozesse verbessern und Dokumentation aktualisieren IT-Systeme der Geschäftseinheit administrieren und konfigurieren (z. B. SharePoint, MS Teams-Kanal, digitaler Freigabeprozess, Workflows) Sie übernehmen die Expertenrolle für das Fresenius Kabi Projektmanagement-IT-Tool (FiPS, basierend auf Planisware) innerhalb der Geschäftseinheit Mitwirkung und Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Einführung neuer Funktionen für FiPS als Teil des erweiterten Projektteams Kontrolle der fortlaufenden Prozesse für das (Multi-) Projektmanagement der Geschäftseinheit in FiPS Experte und interner Kontakt sowie Support für alle Nutzer der Geschäftseinheit Pharma Sie sind federführend für das Sicherstellen von professionellem Projektmanagement (Prozesse, Methoden, Richtlinien, Trainings etc.) und erweiterter Support für das Product Lifecycle Management Team Unterstützung der (LCM-)Projektmanager während der gesamten Projektdauer (von der Idee bis Projektabschluss) inkl. Abweichungsanalysen und Kosten- / Ressourcenplanung Multi-Projektmanagement für Internationalisation und LCM Sie betreiben Projektmanagement von ausgewählten Projekt-Machbarkeitsstudien Projektmanagement einzelner Machbarkeitsstudien in Abstimmung mit Global Feasibility Project Manager; Zusammenarbeit mit bereichsübergreifenden Abteilungen (Wirkstoff, Produktion, R&DCs etc.) Unterstützung beim Projektfreigabeprozesses und Portfolio Steering Committee Sie geben Unterstützung bei Portfolio- und Geschäftsanalysen, Absatz- und Umsatzprognosen (Modellrechnungen) sowie Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Steuerung von Internationalisierungs- und LCM-Projektanträgen Hilfe für die Portfolio- und Projektteams bei der Umsetzung des Projektportfolioverfahrens (z. B. bei Forecast- und Budgetrunden oder -Präsentationen)
Ihr Profil
Sie haben einen Universitätsabschluss im naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich, Medizin- oder Bio-Informatik in Kombination mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem Schwerpunkt Sie bringen mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung Bereich Projekt-, Produktmanagement oder -Entwicklung in einem internationalen Matrix Konzern innerhalb der Pharmaindustrie (oder vergleichbare Industrie) mit Sie sind Experte im Bereich Projektmanagement-Software wie z.B. Planisware oder Microsoft Project und haben Erfahrung mit der Erstellung und Auswertung von Daten / Statistik Sie haben eine starke IT-Affinität und sehr gute Microsoft Office-Kenntnisse (speziell Excel) Eine Projektmanagementzertifizierung ist von Vorteil (PMP, IPMA, Prince, Scrum) Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Datenbanksystemen und Analysewerkzeugen sind wünschenswert (z.B. Power BI, Tableau) Sie haben die Fähigkeit komplexe Zusammenhänge zwischen verschiedenen Prozessen und Daten herzustellen, auszuwerten sowie klar und transparent für verschiedene Anspruchsgruppen darzustellen Sie haben ein gutes Verständnis der Grundlagen im Finanzmanagement (v. a.
