Allgemeine PMO-Tätigkeiten, dies ist eine Expertenrolle für strategische Projektportfolioauswertungen und -steuerung sowie Risikomanagement.

Die Position berichtet an den Director Project Management Office & Project Portfolio Management in der BU Pharma Project and Launch Management.Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie übernehmen die Koordination und Umsetzung allgemeiner Aufgaben im Project Management Office (PMO) inklusive Administration von PMO-Tools (z.B. Reports) 
    • Projektportfolio betreuen, PMO-Aufgaben durchführen (z.B. monatliche Berichte, Unterstützung des Projektsteerings) 
    • Administration der IT-Systeme der Geschäftseinheit (z. B. SharePoint, MS Teams-Kanal, digitaler Freigabeprozess, Zugriff und Verteilung von Reports) 
    • Sie sorgen für das Sicherstellen von professionellem Projektportfoliomanagements (Prozesse, Methoden, Hilfsmittel, Richtlinien, Handbücher, Lessons learned, Trainings) inklusive Portfolio-Risikomanagement 
      • Expertenrolle für das Risikomanagement 
      • Abstimmung mit Portfolioteams, strategischem Marketing, Strategy / Innovation / Business Execution und Excellence Teams sowie Controlling zu allen Portfolio-relevanten Anforderungen 
      • Verbesserung von Projektportfoliostandards und -prozessen der BU Pharma ; bereichsübergreifende PMO-Kooperation für einheitliche Projektportfoliostandards 
      • Sie verantworten das Reporting mittels des Fresenius Kabi Projektmanagement-IT-Tools (basierend auf Planisware) und Unterstützung der weiteren Implementierungsstrategie in der Geschäftseinheit 
        • Verantwortlich für die weitere Nutzungsstrategie im Sinne einer holistischen Betrachtungsweise des Gesamtportfolios 
        • Mitgestaltung und Unterstützung beim Rollout zukünftiger (Reporting/Portfolio) Funktionen und  
        • Überwachung der Projektportfoliokennzahlen im laufenden Betrieb 
        • Sie sind  verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Portfolioanalysen, Absatz- und Umsatzanalysen und -prognosen (Modellrechnungen), auch als Basis für Portfoliopriorisierungen 
          • Konzeptionierung von Simulationen und Modellen für die Planung und Steuerung des operativen Projektportfoliomanagements, z.B. Profitabilitätsanalysen 
          • Unterstützung der Portfolio- und Projektteams im Projektportfolioprozess (z.B. in der Vorbereitung von Forecast- und Budgetrunden oder -Präsentationen) 
          • Sie sorgen für die Etablierung und / oder Verbesserung von Projektportfolio-Analysewerkzeugen und -prozessen 
            • Abstimmung mit Portfoliomanagement über die Grundlagen für Projektportfolioentscheidungen 
            • Gestaltung oder Unterstützung von projektportfolionahe Prozessen und deren IT-Systeme / Reports 
            • Datenaufbereitung und -analyse als Experte und interner Ansprechpartner; Qualität und Plausibilität der Reporting-Kennzahlen; Erkenntnisse für das (Senior) Management 
            • Erstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen; Organisation und Präsentation von wichtigen Auswertungen und Reports (z.B. im Project Steering Meeting) 
            • Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungspotenziale nutzen (Machine Learning, Generative AI)  Ihr Profil
              • Sie haben einen Universitätsabschluss mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem Schwerpunkt, idealerweise in Kombination mit naturwissenschaftlichen oder technischen Bereichen, Medizin- oder Bio-Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung 
              • Sie bringen mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projekt-, Produktmanagement, Strategie oder Controlling in der Pharmaindustrie (oder ähnlich) mit 
              • Sie haben eine einschlägige Erfahrung mit der Erstellung und Auswertung von Daten / Statistik sowie bei der Erstellung von Reports 
              • Sie bringen Kenntnisse im Bereich Projektmanagement-Software, wie z.B. Planisware oder Microsoft Project mit 
              • Sie haben eine hohe IT-Affinität und sehr gute Microsoft Office-Kenntnisse (speziell Excel) 
              • Eine Projektmanagement- und/oder Risikomanagementzertifizierung ist von Vorteil (PMP, Prince, IPMA, PMI-RMP…) 
              • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Datenbanksystemen und Analysewerkzeugen wünschenswert (z.B. Power BI, Tableau) 
              • Sie haben die Fähigkeit komplexe Zusammenhänge zwischen verschiedenen Prozessen und Daten herzustellen, auszuwerten sowie klar und transparent für verschiedene Anspruchsgruppen darzustellen 
              • Sehr gutes Verständnis der Grundlagen im Finanzmanagement (v. a. Investitionsrechnung) und von Controlling-Abläufen 
              • Sie sind verhandlungssicher in Englisch (in Wort und Schrift) 
              • Sie bringen eine hohe Serviceorientierung, interkulturelle Kompetenzen und Teamfähigkeit mit, arbeiten dabei selbständig und strukturiert  
              • Sie besitzen zudem ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und sind Prozess und Ergebnisorientiert
