Position Description
As aProduct Manager at Cinemo, you have the responsibility to place our products, features and services in the best possible market position. As a key member of our Product Management team, you will own and drive various product management activities across the whole product lifecycle such as: managing strategy to conquer the market, shaping ideas into product/feature/service concepts, driving agile implementation or prioritizing engineering activities, proposing pricing models and strategy.
Your extensive interest for industry market trends and innovation will continuously drive your existing and new product agenda. Your exceptional technical expertise combined with a proven business understanding positions you as a central stakeholder in our organization with strong leadership.
Responsibilities
Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities and Go To Market (offer description, value proposition & USPs, positioning vs competition or alternative solutions, product configuration and versioning, customer support model, etc.) Specify product/feature/service requirements by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers, potential customers as well as partners Own and populate the roadmap of your product(s) and enable all stakeholders depending on it Work with the engineering Product Owners to drive a solution which is set cross-functionally (Development, Marketing, Professional Services, Support, Sales) through market requirements, product development, documentation and positioning Run training, beta and pilot programs with early-stage products/features/services including innovation concepts
Experience & Skills
Demonstrated expertise in B2B Cloud services and SaaS Products, from subscription models to continous upgrades and features on demand Demonstrated expertise in Android Automotive Ecosystem (AAOS/AOSP) including various App distribution channels such as App Stores, and acquainted with release management concepts and versioning Demonstrated expertise in AI and Machine Learning and their integration into product development and features Successful track record in launching new products (Multimedia/IVI/Mobility markets) Software development with Project Management experience Strategic and creative thinking with very analytical and quantitative approach, having the ability to use data/metrics to propose options Passionate about identifying market trends, addressing market/customer needs and solving business problems with technology Has strong customer and market centric mindset Proficiency in English Likes to work in a multicultural, diverse and inclusive environment while embracing the Cinemo values of Respect, Innovation, Reliability and SpeedIf you are passionate about new technology and keen on working within an international team, Cinemo is looking for you
