Analytics Business Partner (m/f/d) Operational Controlling

We are looking for an Analytics Business Partner (m/f/d) for our Operational Controlling Analytics Team. This position can be filled at the headquarters in Mannheim.

Your Tasks

Analytic support of internal departments and 20+ countries with a focus on operational excellence Analyse daily transactional data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Strong collaboration with different stakeholder from Controlling, BI through to Operations & Logistics to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Proactive analysis to identify and address operational inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Analytical support in developing and implementing strategic initiatives. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in data science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role, experience in operations and logistics is a plus. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Excel). Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proven experience in developing and implementing data-driven solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in an understandable manner. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
