About the Role

Be a Strategic Partner in HR

As an HR Business Partner at DocMorris, you will play a key role in driving business growth and success by developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, providing expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies

Design and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention.

Provide HR Expertise

Offer expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.

Build and Maintain Stakeholder Relationships

Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including senior leaders, managers, and employees.

Manage HR Projects

Lead and manage HR projects, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.

Requirements
  • Professional Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partner role.

Education

Relevant degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Language

Proficient in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
