Facilities Coordinator (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
Pflege der Kontakte zu unseren bestehenden Lieferanten in den Bereichen Empfang, Sicherheit, Reinigung, Technik und Schädlingsbekämpfung; Erfassen, Verfolgen, Weiterleiten und Bearbeiten von Anfragen, Meldungen und Störungen mit Hilfe eines FM-Systems Koordination von Umzügen Office Management (z.B. Ausweiswesen) Pflege von Beziehungen zu den Endnutzern des Kunden in unseren Objekten; Überwachung und Kontrolle der HSSE-Richtlinien Ein guter Botschafter für Nachhaltigkeit und für unser Kundenerlebnis Weiterentwicklungen im Tagesgeschäft fördern: Es wird jeden Tag ein bisschen besserIhr Profil:
Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Facility- und Hospitality Management (MBO+) Kenntnis der Leitlinien im Bereich Sicherheit, Gesundheit und Umwelt Kenntnisse im Managen von Gebäudedienstleistungen Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache und zusätzlich der englischen Sprache sind von Vorteil Fähigkeiten Problemstellungen effizient zu lösen, Hands-On Mentalität Fähigkeit, sowohl selbstständig als auch im Team zu arbeiten Analytisch Herangehensweise und Stress Resistenz Vertraut mit FM-Systemen, sowie auch Ticketsystemen zur Meldung von Störungen Darüber hinaus können Sie sich selbst sein, wenn es darum geht, Wissen, Erfahrung und Ideen einzubringen, um den täglichen Ablauf so reibungslos wie möglich zu gestaltenUnser Angebot
