Facilities Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Facilities Coordinator (M/F/d) for our location in Frankfurt.

**Your tasks**:
Provide timely reports to the Regional Facilities Manager
Manage and track the completion of the scheduled work covering all FM and JLL areas of responsibility
Monitor and ensure defined response times are met
Conduct Daily checklist (with onsite vendor staff), Weekly. Meet with suppliers to review and manage performance.
Be management office "ambassador". Ensure that the firm's image is reflected through proper telephone and reception procedures, and quality service. Greet guests and visitors to the management office and effectively deal with their concerns
Primary contact for responding to and managing service requests
Assist FM and/or Assist Ops Manager with organizing Vendor performance reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews and reports
Track compliance with insurance requirements among contractors, vendors, and suppliers
Assist Facilities Manager and other team members in preparing Standard Operating Procedures manuals

**Your profile**:
**Skills**: Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Internet access, PowerPoint, Microsoft Access

**Preferred/desired Experience**: At least 3 years’ experience working in a similar Position

**Competencies**: High school education and undergraduate degree required
Excellent proficiency in English and German
