Ihre Aufgaben

Verantwortung für die Konzeption, Planung, Durchführung und Rollout von IT-Projekten mit Schwerpunkten in den Bereichen Applikations-, Hardware- & Prozesslandschaften Mitentwicklung der Strategie, Planung & Vision für die technische Infrastruktur mit Blick auf Innovation, Automatisierung und technischer Zukunft Verantwortung für das Monitoring sowie Controlling der externen IT-Dienstleister (Center of Competence aller IT-Outsourcing-Beziehungen) inkl. Vertrags-, Lizenz- und Konditionen-Management Koordination und Ausbau aller IT Risk Bereiche (inklusive Desaster Recovery & Business Continuity) & Cyber Security Themen (Bewertung von möglichen Bedrohungslagen, Schulungen etc.) Umsetzung regulatorischer IT-Themen (bspw. Digital Operational Resilience Act – DORA) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Legal & Compliance sowie Ansprechpartner bei Due Dilligence Fragestellungen

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder vergleichbare Fachausrichtung Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Leitung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten idealerweise im Finanzdienstleistungsumfeld Expertise in den Bereichen Netzwerkarchitektur, Infrastruktur & Cloud (Microsoft®) Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung sowie sicheres, gewandtes Auftreten & Kommunizieren Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und zielgruppengerechte Vermittlung komplexer Sachverhalte Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch sowie Englisch in Wort und Schrift Eigeninitiative bei gleichzeitiger Fähigkeit im Team zu arbeiten sowie absolute Diskretion runden Ihr Profil ab
