Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst unser globales Brand Management- und Innovation-Team fachlich und disziplinarisch und entwickelst diese kontinuierlich weiter. 
  • Dir obliegt die strategische Weiterentwicklung des Markenportfolios im In- und Ausland. 
  • Du verantwortest die Erstellung und Umsetzung des Business Plans sowie der Media- und Kommunikationsstrategie – national und international.
  • Die Planung, Steuerung und das Reporting von Marketing-Kampagnen zusammen mit Deinem Team gehört zu Deinem Daily Business, ebenso die Planung unserer Media-Strategie. 
  • Du konzipierst und entwickelst mit Deinem Team begeisternden Content zusammen mit unserem internen Kreativ-Team, um unsere Markenbekanntheit und das Engagement weiter auszubauen. 
  • Als cross-funktionaler Projektleiter bist Du für die Entwicklung von Neuprodukt-Konzepten sowie die Produktentwicklung im OTC-Bereich verantwortlich.
  • Gemeinsam überwacht ihr kontinuierlich den Markt und Wettbewerb und führt entsprechende Performance- und Potenzialanalysen durch.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserem M&A-Team auf Akquisitionsprojekten zusammen und integrierst erworbene Marken und Assets erfolgreich in unser Bestandsgeschäft.
Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Du konntest einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marketing oder einer Top-Tier-Beratung mit Schwerpunkt auf Marketing/Consumer/FMCG sammeln.
  • Du hast bereits Führungserfahrung gesammelt, behältst auch in herausfordernden Situationen den Überblick und kannst in schwierigen Situationen kreative Lösungsansätze entwickeln.
  • Du verfügst über exzellente Projektmanagementerfahrungen, ein sehr gutes analytisches sowie strategisches Denkvermögen und handelst proaktiv und eigenverantwortlich.
  • Du kannst komplexe Problemstellungen sowie Lösungsvorschläge auf Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut darstellen. Weitere Sprachen sind wünschenswert.
