Ihre Aufgaben
Sie unterstützen den globalen Vertrieb bei der Bearbeitung von Kundenprojekten in den Marktsegmenten Power Generation, Öl & Gas sowie in Wachstumsfeldern wie z. B. Wasserstoff. Zudem sind Sie für die kommerzielle und technische Angebotserstellung unserer Produkte und Antriebspakete verantwortlich; hierfür sind Sie in enger Abstimmung mit unserem Vertriebsteam. Die Prüfung der Projektanforderungen und Spezifikationen sowie die Bewertung im Angebot unter Berücksichtigung der Umsetzbarkeit (Risikobewertung, Kosten und Lieferzeit) gehören zu Ihren Aufgaben, dabei werden Sie von den Fachabteilungen (z. B. Engineering, Finance, Operations) unterstützt. Sie sind für die technischen Klärungen mit unseren Kunden verantwortlich, finalisieren den technischen Lieferumfang und übergeben den Auftrag an die relevanten Fachabteilungen inkl. der Übergabedokumentation. Die Koordination und Bearbeitung anspruchsvoller Kundenprojekte erfolgen in einem interdisziplinären Team. Außerdem wirken Sie aktiv an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Tools und Prozessen mit und leiten deren Umsetzung.Ihr Profil
Sie haben Ihr Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung abgeschlossen. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Investitionsgüterindustrie als Anwendungsingenieur oder Projektmanager bringen Sie mit; vorteilhaft ist internationale Erfahrung aus der Öl & Gas Industrie und/oder der Energiebranche. Sehr gute Englisch- sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzen wir Voraus. Die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlicher weltweiter Reisetätigkeit (ca. %) ist für Sie eine willkommene Abwechslung. Zu Ihren Stärken gehört eine hohe interkulturelle Kompetenz, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln. Abgerundet wird Ihr Profil durch ausgeprägte Team- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten, sowie eine eigenmotivierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.Arbeiten bei Voith heißt, aktiv zukunftsfähige Technologien voranzutreiben.
