Your Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the technical support of our variable speed drives, including the preparation of technical inquiries, the creation of offers, and the handover of orders to the project management.
- You will work closely with our global sales team to support customer projects in the market segments of Power Generation, Oil & Gas, and growth fields such as hydrogen.
- You will be responsible for the commercial and technical preparation of our products and drive packages, including the creation of offers and the evaluation of project requirements and specifications.
- You will be responsible for the technical clarification with our customers, the finalization of the technical delivery scope, and the handover of the order to the relevant departments.
- You will work in an interdisciplinary team to coordinate and process complex customer projects.
- You will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and processes and lead their implementation.
Your Profile
- You have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
- You have several years of experience in the capital goods industry as an application engineer or project manager, preferably in the oil & gas industry and/or the energy sector.
- You have very good English and good German language skills in writing and speaking.
- You are willing to travel occasionally worldwide (about 15%).
- You have a high level of intercultural competence, good communication skills, and entrepreneurial thinking and action.
- You have developed strong team and project management skills, as well as a high degree of self-motivation and independence.
