What you can expect

Du übernimmst klassische Aufgaben der Kundenberatung im Key Account Management. 

Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehört die Unterstützung und Betreuung bestehender nationaler & internationaler Key Account Kunden mit Schwerpunkt Leasing in allen Ländern des DKV im klassischen Tagesgeschäft gemäß im Vertriebskonzept festgelegter Zielgruppen.

Du bist ebenso verantwortlich für die Begleitung, Umsetzung und Abstimmung aller zur Verfügung stehenden technischen Anbindungen und Schnittstellen wie für die Konzeption und Durchführung von komplexen Kundenstrukturen.

Du verantwortest die Umsetzung von kundenrelevanten und DKV internen Projekten und Prozessoptimierungen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Vorgesetzten.

Du hast eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Key Account Managern, dem Customer Service Key Account Management und den Key Account Management Specialists und übernimmst Sonderaufgaben in Abstimmung und nach Vorgabe des Vorgesetzten.

Idealerweise bringst Du erste Projekterfahrung sowie einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office, SAP und CRM, Analysetools mit.

Erfahrungen im Bereich Leasing und Elektromobilität runden Dein Profil ab.

Du bist sehr kundenorientiert und verfügen über vernetztes Denken, Konzeptions-, Entscheidungs- und Problemlösungsfähigkeit sowie technisches Verständnis.

Neben verhandlungssicheren Deutschkenntnissen bringst Du sehr gute Englischkenntnisse mit.
