Purpose?

As an E-Commerce Manager, you will develop and implement strategies to optimize product visibility and sales on online marketplaces. You will support and coach Junior team members, oversee new product launches, and ensure effective collaboration with other departments. Your primary objective is to drive market growth and enhance team performance. You will have significant responsibility and will work closely with the marketing, design, and logistics teams to ensure the success of our products across all marketplaces.

Expected results for this role in the first 12 months?

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize product visibility and sales performance on online marketplaces.
  • Support and coach Junior team members, ensuring they meet their performance goals.
  • Oversee and successfully launch new products, ensuring they become high-performing items on our marketplaces.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments, ensuring the success of cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Required skills and experience?

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce or a related field, with proven success in developing and implementing e-commerce strategies.
  • You have strong organizational, conceptual, and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • You are proficient in SEO, PPC, and content strategies, with experience in using marketplace analysis tools.
  • You are confident with Excel and other analytical tools, and you can handle large amounts of data effectively.
  • You have the motivation to grow and learn continuously. The e-commerce industry is dynamic, and you need to stay ahead of trends and developments.

About us

Niboline is a young and fast-growing e-commerce company, which combines the development and manufacturing of products until the sale to end consumers. From the headquarters of the shipping and logistics center in Brandenburg, Germany, we manage the multichannel distribution of more than 300 products for over 1 million European customers.

Our mission as a D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) company is to develop and scale new brands and products that are precisely adapted to our customers' needs and homes to ensure their satisfaction. To achieve this, we work closely with manufacturers from our two other locations in Berlin (DE) and Hangzhou (China) and combine several divisions under our roof - starting with design, production and marketing and ending with sales, IT and logistics.
