About this role:
Join our dynamic team as a Strategic Account Director - Global (m/f/d) in the Central Commercial Team, where your role will be pivotal in engaging at a higher strategic level, building long-term partnerships, and negotiating annual contracts. Adopting a consultative approach, you will be instrumental in analysing data to demonstrate return on investment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve mutual success. Collaborate and build close cooperation with Brand partners (Expedia, Amazon, Nike, etc.) to understand their business goals and align them with the company's capabilities. Provide strategic guidance based on data analysis to optimize partner campaigns. Identify opportunities for market or solution expansions stay updated on industry trends and provide insights to partners. Represent and act as the face of the company in negotiations with senior contacts. Educate partners on the use of the company's solutions and new features. Regularly assess partner performance against goals and continuously monitor and report on campaign performance Maintain open and regular communication with partners and address any challenges promptly and effectively. Share updates on the progress and communicate planned commercial strategies for their dedicated accounts portfolio to the entire organisation, with a particular emphasis on engaging the C-Suite. Take charge of commercial-led projects and foster close collaboration with partners and internal teams such as Local Commercial, Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Compliance.Your Profile :
You have 6+ years of experience in partnerships or account management Executive Presence: Ability to engage with high-level executives effectively. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure beneficial long-term partnerships. Extremely Organised, Adaptable, and used to working in a fast-paced environment. Independent: The ability to manage their portfolio and the relationships built within it efficiently and effectively. Strategic Thinking: Forward-thinking and ability to build long-term strategies. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships at the highest level. Analytics skills: Proficient in reading and interpreting data to extract insights for building compelling pitches and proposals. High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven.Bonus points if you :
