Job Responsibilities :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our accounts receivables processes. The Accountant will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, monitoring outstanding payments, and collaborating with internal teams and customers to resolve any billing discrepancies. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent communication skills (German/English), and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Invoicing and Billing:

Generate accurate and timely invoices for clients.Coordinate with sales and customers to address any billing-related queries.

Accounts Receivables Management:

Monitor and manage outstanding customer balances.Follow up on overdue payments and implement strategies to minimize outstanding receivables.Collaborate with clients to resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.

Cash Application:

Record and reconcile customer payments in the accounting system.Ensure accurate and timely posting and application of payments to customer accounts.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular reports on accounts receivables status.Analyze receivables data to identify trends and propose improvements.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate smooth payment processes.Work closely with internal teams to address client needs and concerns.

Customer credit Limits and credit insurance:

Maintain and request customer credit limits and release shipments based on customer account balances.

Pre-Requisites :

Education:

Commercial Education, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

A minimum of two to three years proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role, with a focus on accounts receivables.Familiarity with accounting software, preferred SAP

Skills:

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Strong organizational and time management skills.

Professionalism:

Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity.Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
