Vollzeit und unbefristet

Aufgaben:

- Fristgerechte Verbuchung der Kundenzahlungen und deren ordnungsgemäße Zuordnung
- Unterstützung bei der Kundenkommunikation und deren Mahnwesen
- Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüssen, die unter Berücksichtigung internationaler Rechnungslegungsvorschriften (IFS) erfolgen
- Identifikation von Einzelwerberichtigungen
- Kontrollverantwortung und Dokumentation in einem SOX Umfeld
- Ausarbeitung von Forderungsanalysen

Qualifikationen:

- Kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich der Buchhaltung
- Erfahrung in der Ausgangsrechnungserstellung
- Organisiert und kommunikativ
- Selbständiges Arbeiten
- Gute Kenntnisse in Englisch & Deutsch

Weitere ideale Qualifikationen:

- Erfahrungen im Bereich AR Automation von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Mahnwesen
- Erfahrung im Bereich Factoring
