Deutschland – Gebiet Mitte (Wohnort – Bereich Frankfurt/Darmstadt/Fulda/Würzburg)
Wir suchen heute einen Außendienstmitarbeiter w/m/d, der die Mitte Deutschlands abdeckt, um am Schutz von Personen und Prozessen mitzuarbeiten.
Sie werden die Schnittstelle zwischen DuPont, den Vertriebspartnern und den Endverbrauchern für das Sortiment an Einweg-Schutzanzügen sein. Diese Funktion erfordert Verkaufs-, Technik- und Verhandlungsgeschick, um mit den Einkaufsabteilungen und den Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsabteilungen zu interagieren.
Hauptaufgaben:
Sie sind für den Verkauf sowie die Entwicklung von Anwendern in Ihrem Bereich zuständig. Sie sind für die Entwicklung von Vertriebspartnern zuständig und empfehlen den Anwendern die Produkte. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Festlegung von Zielen und Umsätzen für die Kunden in Ihrem Bereich. Sie implementieren die Preisstrategie, um die vom Geschäft vorgegebenen Ziele zu erreichen. Sie entwickeln Anwendungen für neue Produkte in Zusammenarbeit mit Ihrem Vertriebsnetz und den Endnutzern. Sie werden Aktionspläne aufstellen, um das Wachstum neuer Produkte/Anwendungen in verschiedenen Branchen zu unterstützen. Sie arbeiten mit den Abteilungen Marketing, Technik und Produktmanagement zusammen. Sie berichten intern über den Markt und die Konkurrenz. Sie werben für unsere Produkte auf Veranstaltungen, Messen und Fachtagungen und identifizieren neue Markttrends und -chancen. Sie organisieren und leiten Seminare für Ihre Vertriebspartner und Anwender in Ihrer Region.Gesuchtes Profil :
Sprache: Deutsch und Englisch (Verhandlungssicher) erforderlich Solide kaufmännische und technische Erfahrung in der Branche für persönliche Schutzausrüstungen. Sich im Umgang mit Menschen wohlfühlen. Ein ausgeprägtes Talent für Verhandlungen, Beeinflussung und aufmerksames Zuhören. Fähigkeit, intern und extern wirkungsvoll zu kommunizieren. Starke Fähigkeiten zur Identifizierung von Chancen und zur Problemlösung unter Berücksichtigung des Wettbewerbsumfelds und des globalen Charakters der Kunden- und Anwendungsentwicklung. Herausragende Leistungen durch Selbstständigkeit und Organisation. Unabhängiges und vernetztes Denken. Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit in einem internationalen Team.
