Position:
Graduate Field Sales Representative (m/w/d)

Job Description:

Arrow is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Field Sales Representative to join our team in Neu-Isenburg, Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market knowledge and industry expertise to drive sales growth.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.


Requirements:

  • You must have a legal right to work in the country where the position is located.
  • You have obtained or will obtain a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering or Industrial Engineering or similar related studies in 2024 or not more than 2 years ago.
  • Business fluent German and English (oral & written).
