Als erfahrener Financial Sales Manager (m/w/d) sind Sie für die Gesamtkoordination und Erstellung des kaufmännischen Teils von umfangreichen, größtenteils komplexen Angeboten verantwortlich. In ausgewählten Fällen übernehmen Sie auch die Gesamtverantwortung für das Angebot.
Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:
Angebotsvolumen von > 10 MEUR in verschiedenen Produkt- und Länderportfolios größtenteils komplexe Angebote mit diversen Stakeholdern (Konsorten/ Partnern, Unterlieferanten, Kunden) Handling von Multi Business Unit und Multi Business Entity Angeboten, Schnittstellenmanagement mit internen und externen Partnern fachliche Erarbeitung und Führung des kaufmännischen Angebots sowie aussteuern der einschlägigen Support Funktionen wie z. B. Rechts- und Steuerabteilung durch alle Phasen des Angebotsprozesses von der Pre-Qualifizierung bis zum Abschluss Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Angebots- und Verhandlungsstrategien in bestehenden und neuen Märkten sowie mit neuen Partnern, wie z. B.: Ableitung und Umsetzung von Teilstrategien / Kooperationen / Partnering / Konsortialstrategien / Preismodelle / Kostenziele / Target Pricing für Opportunities Unterstützung des Business Development bei kaufmännischen Fragestellungen Kommunikation im nationalen und internationalen UmfeldDas bieten wir Ihnen:

Anforderungen
Das bringen Sie mit:
abgeschlossenes Studium (Master/Diplom) der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder ähnliche Ausbildung mehrjährige Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Vertrieb (Angebotserstellung) in der Nuklearindustrie, Anlagenbau oder einer ähnlichen Branche sowie möglichst in der kaufmännischen Abwicklung unternehmerisch wirtschaftliches sowie strategisches Denken und Handeln sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten innovative, strukturierte und zielorentierte Arbeitsweise starker Teamgeist, Organisationstalent, Prozessorientierung, „Hands-on“ Mentalität und hohes Engagement IT-Affinität und Wille zur Prozessverbesserung gute Vertragsverhandlungskenntnisse und -erfahrungen
