Der Bereich Digital Channels and Commerce betreibt die Website und eCommerce Channels der Marke BMW weltweit. Für das Team „Quality and Business Support“ suchen wir einen Praktikanten (m/w/x), der uns sowohl im internationalen Website Support als auch bei den Qualitätsthemen im Online Business Umfeld unterstützt.

Was erwartet dich?

Im Rahmen deines Praktikums unterstützt du uns im Website Business Support bei der Betreuung der BMW Online Manager weltweit in den von uns betreuten Märkten sowie beim Thema Qualitätsmanagement Online Channels. Zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Qualität der BMW Webseiten und Shops werden u.a. Studien und Umfragen ausgewertet und analysiert und Handlungsempfehlungen zur Optimierung der User Journey abgeleitet. Die Ergebnisse der Studien werden regelmäßig aufbereitet präsentiert. Ein weiterer Punkt ist das regelmäßige Monitoring der globalen BMW Websites hinsichtlich definierter Qualitäts-KPIs und Fehlerraten. Dies erfolgt mithilfe von datengestützten Software-Tools. Außerdem hilfst du uns dabei, die Prozesse in der Zusammenarbeit mit unseren internen Schnittstellen sowie den externen Partnern kontinuierlich zu verbessern. Durch die spannende strategische Weiterentwicklung der BMW Webseiten mit neuen Online-Sales Maßnahmen ergeben sich permanent neue Schnittstellen und Ansprechpartner die in den Supportprozess integriert werden. Ebenso wirkst du bei der Implementierung der Support-Prozesse für neue Web-Produkte und Optimierung der Qualitätsprozesse mit. In diesem internationalen Umfeld zwischen Marketing und Technik bist du Teil der Digitalisierung bei der BMW AG.

Was bringst du mit?

Laufendes Studium (Bachelor/Master) der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Wirtschaftsinformatik. Erste praktische Erfahrung im Bereich digitale Kanäle. Versierter Umgang mit MS Office, Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber weiteren technischen Tools/-Systemen. Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit. Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. Eigeninitiative.
