Deine Aufgaben

EMA Alliances Lead - SAP (w/m/d) wirst Du bei uns mit einem erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Naturwissenschaften, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation. Des Weiteren besitzt Du ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Allianz- und Projektmanagement. Du bringst signifikante Beratungserfahrung im Bereich Technologie-Enablement/Lösungen mit einer nachgewiesenen Erfolgsbilanz bei der Erstellung effektiver gemeinsamer Geschäftspläne und der erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Go-To-Market-Initiativen mit. Du bringst Erfahrung mit den SAP-Plattformangeboten sowie ein starkes Netzwerk mit relevanten Executive SAP Stakeholder:innen in der EMA-Region mit. Darüber hinaus bist Du ein:e motivierte:r, proaktive:r und hart arbeitende:r Teamplayer:in, der/ die ergebnisorientiert und handlungsorientiert ist. Du bist praktisch veranlagt, fleißig, detailverliebt, schnell lernend und gut organisiert. Außerdem bist Du proaktive:r Kommunikator:in mit ausgezeichneten Englischkenntnissen (mündlich und schriftlich). Weitere europäische Sprachkenntnisse (Niederländisch, Französisch, Deutsch, Italienisch, Spanisch) sind vorteilhaft.

Du unterstützt das EMA Alliance Sales SAP Team bei der Steigerung des Erfolgs der SAP-Alliance zu KPMG auf EMA-Ebene. Die Abstimmung mit den relevanten EMA-Industrie- und Branchenführern, sowohl bei KPMG als auch bei SAP, um branchenorientierte Strategien zu identifizieren und die Zielkunden auf die Nutzung von SAP-Lösungen auszurichten, gehört ebenfalls zu Deinem Aufgabengebiet. Du arbeitest zusammen mit den Global Lead Partners (KPMG) sowie den Accounts Leads (SAP) ausgewählter Kund:innen, um spezielle Geschäftspläne für Kund:innen zu erstellen und eine regelmäßige Überprüfung durchzuführen. Darüber hinaus leitest Du die Entwicklung eines gemeinsamen EMA-Geschäftsplans, der auf dem strategischen Wachstumsplan von KPMG Global und EMA Alliances abgestimmt ist und klare Umsatzziele und Investitionsanforderungen enthält. Du arbeitest zusammen mit den Mitgliedsunternehmen und den Stakeholder:innen der Allianzpartner:innen bezüglich der Entwicklung und Umsetzung der jährlichen unternehmensspezifischen Geschäftspläne. Der Aufbau von hochwertigen Beziehungen zu SAP EMA Executives und Alliances Leadership sowie zu relevanten Schlüsselakteuren gehört ebenfalls zu Deinem Verantwortungsbereich. Des Weiteren bist Du für den Aufbau von Beziehungen zu leitenden Angestellt:innen in den Mitgliedsunternehmen und in den Funktionen des EMA-Netzwerks, einschließlich Advisory, Audit, Tax & Legal zuständig.
