Aufgaben
  • Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner unserer Dienstleister und Fahrer
  • Du erstellst Schichtpläne & sorgst für reibungslose und pünktliche Lieferungen
  • Du verantwortest die operativen Prozesse und bist die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Partnern und dem HQ
  • Du optimierst stetig die Prozesse und bietest unseren Partnern den bestmöglichen Service
  • Du bist hands-on und hast keine Scheu, am aktiven Geschehen mitzuwirken
Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in Field Operations
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Kommunikationsstärke und erfahrener Umgang mit Konflikten
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Office Tools wie Excel, Outlook und PowerPoint
  • Gute konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und fließende Englischkenntnisse
  • Führerschein Klasse B
